Mr. William "Bill" Foushee, age 89, passed away June 23, 2024.  He was born on June 20, 1935 in Louisville, Kentucky to Hays William Foushee and Mildred Catherine Wilson Foushee

Mr. Foushee was a resident of DeFuniak Springs, Florida. He was a mechanic that loved to tinker with things. He loved fishing and camping. He enjoyed family time during the Holidays. He enjoyed being outside and doing yardwork for others. He married the love of his life Dorothy Foushee, June 22, 1957 in Floyd, Indiana.

Mr. Foushee was preceded in death by his father, Hays Foushee; mother, Mildred Foushee (Wilson); wife, Dorothy Foushee; sister, Janice Oberhousen; brothers, Wayne Foushee and Norman Foushee and daughter-in-law, Addie Foushee.

Mr. Foushee is survived by four children, son Mark Foushee of Freeport, Florida, daughter Marcia Foushee of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, son Steven Foushee and wife Beth of Holmes County, Florida, and son Todd Foushee and wife Heidi Foushee of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; five grandchildren, Chad Foushee and wife Shelly Foushee of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, Ashley Fullwiler and husband Michael Fullwiler of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, Tristan Foushee of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, Hannah Foushee of DeFuniak Springs, Florida and Coda Foushee of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; three great grandchildren, Nicole Foushee, Cathy Mae and Dakota Fullwiler; two great great grandchild Zayden and Lainey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services will be held at a later date at Barrancas National Cemetery with Military Honors by the United States Army.
