Mr. Wayne Keith Thomas, age 83, passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2023. He was born on November 6, 1939 in Lee, Florida to Wilbur Baity Thomas and Adel Webb.

Mr. Thomas was a resident of Bonifay, Florida. He was a veteran of the armed forces serving his country in the United States Navy as a Navy Seabee. He worked as a mechanic with the Volusia County School District for many years before retiring. He enjoyed going to car shows.

Mr. Thomas was preceded in death by his father and mother; and his wife, Joan Thomas.

Mr. Thomas is survived by his children; Keith Edward Thomas and wife Mary of South Carolina, Wayne John Thomas of DeFuniak Springs, Wilbur Don Thomas and wife Lisa of Asheville, North Carolina, and Amy Sue Teck of Bonifay, Florida; eighteen grandchildren, Dale Thomas, Savannah Thomas, Benjamin Thomas, Skylar Thomas, Aiden Thomas, Ian Thomas, Liam Thomas, Rebecca Thomas, Wilbur Thomas, Dylan Thomas, Kaylee Thomas, Isabela Teck, Alejandro Teck, Gabriella Teck, Marco Teck, Selina Teck, Pedro Teck, and Katie Proper; two brothers; Dennis Thomas and wife Dorothy, and Rodney Thomas; and six great-grandchildren.

A time of visitation will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 16, 2023 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel; 230 Park Avenue, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32435.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 16, 2023 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel; 230 Park Avenue, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32435.

Pallbearers will be Keith Thomas, Wayne Thomas, Alejandro Teck, and Marco Teck.

Flowers are being accepted.

Burial will follow in Magnolia Cemetery; 222 North Park Street, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32433, with military honors by the United States Navy.
