Mr. Timothy "Tim" David Miller, age 58, passed away Monday, August 22, 2022. He was born August 22, 1964 in Theodore, Alabama to Wilson Crawford Miller and Ruth Roley Miller. Mr. Miller was a lifelong resident of Walton County, Florida. He was Baptist by faith and a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in Ponce de Leon, Florida. He graduated from Freeport High School in 1982. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He worked as a boat captain for 34 years in the Tow Boat industry. He was an avid fisherman. He also enjoyed woodworking.

Mr. Miller was preceded in death by his father and mother.

Mr. Miller is survived by his wife of 32 years, Theresa Ann Miller of Ponce de Leon, Florida; two children, Savannah Miller and Cary Wilson Miller (both of Ponce de Leon); two grandchildren, Peyton Grantham and Zane Grantham; his brother Tony Miller and wife Rose of Pennsylvania; nephews, Justin and Michael; and his sister Theresa Haugh of Pennsylvania.

A time of visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Friday, August 26, 2022 at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church; 55 County Highway 181C, Ponce de Leon, Florida 32455.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, August  27, 2022 at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church with Reverend Richard Murray, Sr. officiating.

Pallbearers will be Bill Cassiday, Willard Rushing, Danny Casey, Brian Simpler, Todd Hundley and Todd Rushing.

Flowers are being accepted. Burial will follow in the Black Creek Cemetery.
