Mr. Skyler Kennedy, age 26, passed away Monday, August 15, 2022. He was born December 10, 1995 in Bay Minette, Alabama to Richard Lance Kennedy and Dina Maryam Shaw.

Mr. Kennedy was a resident of Ponce de Leon, Florida. He was Christian by faith and a member of Kings Cross Church in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. He graduated from High School in 2014 in North Carolina. He was working in the printing industry. He was an avid model train collector. He loved to fish.

Mr. Kennedy was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Malcolm and Margo Shaw, and his paternal grandparents.

Mr. Kennedy is survived by his fiancée, Angela Arnold; his mother and stepfather, Dina Shaw McCarthy and Jack McCarthy of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; his father, Richard Lance Kennedy of the Philippines; sister, Danielle Kennedy; brothers Steven Kennedy, Scotty Kennedy and wife Alesha, and Spyke Kennedy; stepsister Megan McCarthy; and step-brother Daniel McCarthy. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date at Kings Cross Church in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made at the All In Credit Union to the Skyler Kennedy Trust Fund.
