Obituary

Sebron Hinton Coleman, born on February 10, 1966 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, passed away peacefully at his home in Panama City, Florida on December 18, 2024.

Sebron was the beloved son of Sally and Jimmy Coleman, both of whom preceded him in death. He is survived by his brother, James Kynerd Coleman III (Kim), and his sister, Ashley Coleman Bates (Reed). He also leaves behind four cherished nieces and nephews: Marisa Coleman Harry (Chase), Margo Coleman Moore (Reeves), Anna Caroline Bates, and Reed Coleman Bates.

Sebron grew up in Bay Point and attended Bay High School in Panama City. He went on to study at the University of Florida where he earned his Associates of Arts degree and was a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. He later earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science and Interdisciplinary Studies from Florida State University.

Throughout his career, Sebron excelled in sales and marketing roles. He was a licensed stockbroker and mortgage broker who founded his own company, America's Choice Lending, in Safety Harbor, Florida in 2002. Later, he returned to his hometown of Panama City where he worked for General Dynamics Information Technology, assisting customers with healthcare enrollment under the Affordable Care Act.

Sebron had a deep love for the outdoors and spent much of his free time golfing, fishing, boating and enjoying the beach. Seagrove Beach held a special place in his heart as a cherished family destination. Known for his outgoing personality, quick wit, ice-blue eyes, and signature dimpled smile, Sebron had an extraordinary ability to bring joy to those around him.  He was also sound in his faith. May Sebron's memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved him.
