Mrs. Sandra Kolmetz Devine,  age 72, passed away on Thursday, October 28, 2021. She was born October 31, 1948 in Bonifay, Florida to Henry and Tommie Lee "Dunn" Kolmetz.

Mrs.  Devine was a lifelong resident of Panama City, Florida.  She was Baptist by faith and a member of Hiland Park Baptist Church in Panama City, Florida. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She started her career in 1977 working at Gulf Coast Hospital as a Registered Nurse. She graduated from Florida State University receiving her bachelor's degree and Master's Degree. She became a Nurse Practitioner working until her  retirement having worked over 30 years in nursing.

Mrs. Devine  is preceded in death by her parents and grandson, Andrew Wilson.

Mrs. Devine is survived by her  husband of 36 years, John Devine of Panama City, Florida; children; Teresa Spillers of Panama City, Florida, Robert Wilson and  wife Corinne of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, ; step-children, Lisa Blackshear and husband Herman of Panama City,  Florida and Ginger Brock and husband Richard of Mexico, Beach, Florida;  brother, Tom Kolmetz and wife Barbara of Lynn Haven, Florida; sister, Leveda Allen and husband Rodney of Panama City, Florida; grandchildren, Morgan England ( Brian), Joseph Spillers ( Lindsey), Zachary Wilson, Emily Wilson, Jeffery Wilson, Katie Leann Blackshear and Travis Blackshear; great grandchildren, Lillian , Evelyn and Kash.

A Celebration of life Service will be held at a later date.
