Mr. Fred Mehlhorn, age 57, of Argyle passed away April 11, 2010. He was born March 1, 1953 at the Lakeside Clinic in DeFuniak Springs. Freddie was a well known business man, raised in the grocery business by his father, Rudy Mehlhorn. Freddie is preceded in death by his father Rudolf Rudy Mehlhorn and his wife, Rita Mehlhorn. Freddie is survived by his daughter, Sabrina Mehlhorn, his son, Franz Mehlhorn and fianc Jenifer Hurst, sister Loraine Griggs and husband L.C. of Argyle, sister Elaine Sanders and husband Jim of Greenville, South Carolina, his mother, Edith Mehlhorn and moth-in-law, Elizabeth Slama. The family will be accepting condolences from 1:00~3:00 PM, Saturday, April 17, 2010 at Mehlhorns Mini Mart. A guest book will be available for signatures. Memorilazation will be by cremation.
