Mrs. Rita June Jones, age 88, passed away peacefully and surrounded by family on February 10, 2025. She was born on October 13, 1936 in Talladega, Alabama to Walter Robert Jones and Margaret Elizabeth Mitchell Jones.

Mrs. Jones was a resident of Walton County, Florida. She was Baptist by faith. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She worked in the restaurant business for many years. She enjoyed listening to music, working crossword puzzles and was an avid reader.

Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by parents; husband, Herschel Noah Anglin, Sr.; all of her siblings; one son, Herschel Noah Anglin, Jr and one granddaughter.

Mrs. Jones is survived by her children, Mike Jones (Teresa Jones), Tammy Anglin, Mark Anglin (April Anglin), Billy Anglin and Anita Anglin (Ken Hunter).

"Till roses lose their petals, Till the heather has lost its dew, Till the end of time, dear Mother, We will remember you." Mom is loved by many and will be deeply missed.

Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
