Mr. Raymond William Yand Sr., age 74, passed away August 9, 2019. He was born May 5, 1945 to Emory William Yand and Ramona Elizabeth James Yand of Panama City Beach, Florida.

Mr. Yand was a resident of Walton County, Florida.  He was a veteran of the Vietnam Era, serving his country in the United States Navy.  He worked as a master electrician for many years.  He enjoyed fishing, woodworking and working on cars.

Mr. Yand was preceded in death by his father Emory William Yand; mother Ramona Elizabeth James Yand; son Raymond W. Yand I.

Mr. Yand is survived by his sons, Bobby Yand, wife Kim, Raymond Yand II, Samuel Gartin, wife Conjetta Willis-Gartin, and Cameron Gartin, wife Jessica; daughters Angela McNeal and husband Lamar, Raydra Yand; brothers Emory William Yand Jr., Robert Yand; sisters Milli Chapman, husband Bill, Hilda Cooper, husband Ralph, Janey Camp, husband Bryan, Judy Garcia, husband Pete; twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
