Obituary

Ralph Pazik, 46, of DeFuniak Springs passed away August 25. No matter where Ralph was, he was the life of the party. To know him was to love him. He loved entertaining people with cookouts, jokes and just being himself. More than anything, Ralph was proud to have the opportunity to live in the United States at the age of 15. He was the most patriotic American proudly supporting the freedoms and sharing many stories from his childhood in Poland reminding people how blessed we were to live in the United States. He was an avid supporter of the military and law enforcement and was especially supportive of our Veterans suffering with PTSD. Many loved him for his crazy Facebook posts where he always told some crazy story, shared pictures and videos of him and his loves.

Ralph's family was the most important thing to him. He was a very proud father to Krysten Pazik, the apple of his eye. They enjoyed watching the Florida Gators and loved attending football games every year. He and his wife, Rebecca Pazik, were high school sweethearts. She finally agreed to go out with him because he always made her laugh. Those laughs didn't stop over the next 28 years. They were the yin and yang, complete opposites yet so compatible. He loved spending time with his dad, Andrzej Biniek, his sisters, Elizabeth Jacks and her husband Ryan, Monika LaBelle and her husband Chad, and his brother Bogus Biniek. He loved being the cool Uncle Ralph and was known for making the most extraordinary hot chocolates for his nieces and nephews, Tyler and Cadence Jacks, Trevor LaBelle, Julien and Aurelia LeBrun, and Victoria and Law Davis. While he didn't get to see them often, he loved his family in Poland including his grandmother, Rozalia Pazik, his mother, Maria Janik, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He also loved talks about life around the dinner table with his father-in-law, Odon Russell, and driving his Mother-in-law, Marsha Russell, crazy. Ralph had so many friends and people that he loved and often shared his love for country, guns, and cooking. He and his best friend, Tom Bronson, were starting his dream of a food trailer, Fat Boyz Eats & Treats. Ralph will be welcomed in Heaven by his grandfather Jozef Pazik and stepmother Urszula Biniek.

Visitation will be held at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home on Sunday, August 29 th from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later time.
