Mr. Neil A. Baker, age 53, passed away Thursday, March 23, 2023. He was born on November 20, 1969 in Cape Canaveral, Florida to John and Angela Baker.

Neil was a very generous and kind man, especially to those who needed his help. He was whip-smart in school and often made the honor roll and scored in the top percentiles on his SAT's. He loved music and good food and was always eager to take in culture and information about the world and learn more about the next thing he found interesting. He seemed to have an encyclopedia mind that allowed him to access a wealth of knowledge. Neil especially loved native plants and put his knowledge of them to use, owning Native American Landscaping, serving Walton County for years.

Mr. Baker was preceded in death by his father, John Baker.

Mr. Baker is survived by his mother, Angela Baker of Freeport, Florida; brother, Chay Baker of Austin, Texas; and two nephews, Kai Baker and Oren Baker, both of Austin, Texas.
