Mrs. Marion Helga Phillips Rechonie, age 75, passed away October 24, 2022. She was born September 8, 1947 in the Netherlands.

Mrs. Rechonie was a resident of the New Harmony Community in Walton County, Florida. She was a devoted wife. She was Baptist by faith and a member of New Harmony Baptist Church where she sang in the Choir and served as secretary of her Sunday school class. She also started a grief share ministry. She enjoyed making crafts, making angel pins, attending craft shows, and being outside working in her yard.

Mrs. Rechonie was preceded in death by her father and mother; and her husband Bob Rechonie.

Mrs. Rechonie is survived by her best friend Joann Wells and her many friends and church family.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, November 5, 2022 at New Harmony Baptist Church; 2281 County Highway 2A, DeFuniak Springs, Florida with Reverend Todd Camp officiating.
