Mrs. Margaret Calhoun, age 84, passed away January 3, 2022.  She was born on September 17, 1937, in Enterprise, Alabama to Howard Lee Williams and Willie Tom Gladden.

Margaret was a resident of DeFuniak Springs, Florida She was a Christian by faith and a devoted follower of Christ. She attended the 1 ^ST Baptist church of Freeport. She enjoyed country music and loved dancing. She had an affinity for crabbing on the Bay at Grady Brown Park and cooking out afterwards.

Margaret was preceded in death by her father Howard Lee Williams, mother Willie Tom Gladden, her first husband Dale Sheffield, her second husband Toby Robert Calhoun, her brother Harold, brother Jack, sister Marylia, her sister Angie and her daughter Karen.

Margaret is survived by Cathy, Carolfaye, Donna, Rickey, Tony and Tommey of Freeport, Florida numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank Chautauqua Nursing Center and Mary from Regency Hospice Care.

A graveside service will be held at Hatcher Cemetery in Freeport, Florida on Thursday January 6, 2022 at 10:00 AM.
