Mrs. Marcia Sue Campbell Drake, age 78, passed away February 25, 2024.  She was born on December 9, 1945 in DeFuniak Springs, Florida to William Gus Campbell and Alma Boles Campbell.

Mrs. Drake was a life-long resident of Walton County, Florida. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. She worked in Car Sales for many years, having worked for all of the local car dealerships in DeFuniak Springs. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Mrs. Drake was preceded in death by her father and mother, her husband of 42 years, Robert Drake, one sister Hazel Burgess and her brothers Mike Campbell and Charles Campbell.

Mrs. Drake is survived by her children Donna Adams of DeFuniak Springs, Billy Burgess of DeFuniak Springs, Connie Morse and her husband Scott of DeFuniak Springs, Bonnie Hamlett and her husband Walter of DeFuniak Springs, Donnie Drake and his wife Kathy of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, Dan Drake and his wife Marlene of South Carolina and Rick Drake of DeFuniak Springs; one sister Helen Beynon of DeLand, Florida. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, and her best friend and niece Amanda Ratcliffe. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.

A time of visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM, Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel; 230 Park Avenue, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32435.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, February 29, 2024 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel; with Buddy Powell and Reverend Joel Glenn officiating.

Flowers are being accepted.

Pallbearers will be Ethan Laird, Colby Richardson, Gauge Richardson, Craig Drake, Zach Burgess and Zach Tew.

Burial will be held at Cluster Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
