Mr. Lee Van Reed passed away Friday, November 27, 2020. He was born April 9, 1962 in Stewart, Florida to Clyde Reed and Patricia Atkinson Holmes.

Mr. Reed was a resident of Crestview, Florida. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He worked in transportation for A1 Shuttle. He also was assistant manager of the Rent-A-Center in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. He was a devoted Florida Gator Fan. He enjoyed dancing, fishing and shooting pool.

Mr. Reed is preceded in death by his father and mother.

Mr. Reed is survived by his wife, Gail Reed of Crestview, Florida; his children, Leonard Summer, Patrick Reed, Vanessa Reed, Tashonda Hoskins and husband Amos, and Grady Williams; two brothers, Marcus Reed and Clyde Reed, Jr.; five sisters, Miranda Reed, Ernestine Tommasone, May Reed, Betty Burch, and Jackie Kemp; fifteen grandchildren, one great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews; two aunts, Judy Williams and Jacqueline Atkinson.

Receiving of Friends will be held from 1:00 – 2:00 PM, Monday, December 7, 2020 at Magnolia Cemetery; 222 North Park Street, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32433.

A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, December 7, 2020 at Magnolia Cemetery with Reverend Doug Young officiating.

Pallbearers will be Marcus Baldwin, Myles Austin, Grady Williams, Amos Hoskins, Nate Baldwin, and Irvin Westbrooks.
