Mrs. Judith Lynn Young, age 72, passed away Friday, September 23, 2022.  She was born September 16, 1950 in Freeport, Illinois to Edward and Virginia Sweet Sturtz.

Mrs. Young was a resident of DeFuniak Springs, Florida. She was Lutheran by faith. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She worked as an office manager. She loved taking care of her animals, she also enjoyed gardening and growing plants.

Mrs. Young was preceded in death by her parents and husband of 35 years, Terry L. Young.

Mrs. Young  is survived by her daughter, Kristy Guthre and husband Hank of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; granddaughter, Kaitlyn Guthre; and two sisters, Sue Pues and husband Harlow and Linda Springer and husband Ken.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
