Mr. Joel Price Taylor Sr., age 85, passed away March 7, 2022. He was born on October 10, 1936 in Andalusia, Alabama to Jesse C. Taylor and Mary Ruth Mack.

Mr. Taylor was a resident of DeFuniak Springs, Florida. He worked as a Life Insurance Agent for 50 years, he was an avid fisherman and a devoted father and grandfather. He enjoyed working in the garden and sitting outside in the spring watching his plants grow.

Mr. Taylor was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Sue Taylor and daughters Terry Sue Cutchins and Julie K. Taylor.

Mr. Taylor is survived by his son Joel P. Taylor Jr. of Crestview; grandchildren Kasi N Henderson and husband Caleb, Logan H. Taylor, Jantzen Hearn, Tori K. Cutchins and 5 great grandchildren.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
