Mr. James Henry Cobb, Jr, age 82, passed away April 8, 2025.  He was born on March 24, 1943 in Foley, Alabama to James Henry Cobb, Sr and Cozzette Hicks Cobb

Mr. Cobb was a resident of Fort Walton Beach, Florida. He was Chief of Ocean City-Wright Fire Department, he started with them as a Volunteer Fireman. He loved to hunt and fish. He owned and operated Cobb's Towing and Recovery in DeFuniak Springs, Florida before retiring.

Mr. Cobb was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Vera O. Cobb and 8 siblings

Mr. Cobb is survived by his children, Danny Burch and his wife Donna, Ledell Flenner and her husband Jeff and James Cobb, III and his wife Debbi; two sisters, Lizzy Oglesby and Cathy Cobb. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Celebration of Life Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, April 17, 2025 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will be held at Bailey Cemetery.
