Mr. J Ascencion Espinoza Arellano, age 52, passed away February 20, 2026. He was born on December 30, 1973 in Ancon Guerrero, Mexico to Macario Espinoza Santamaria and Esperanza Arellano Santamaria.

Mr. Arellano was a resident of DeFuniak Springs, Florida moving from Mexico. He was Catholic by faith and a member of St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church. He was a loving husband, father, brother and son. He worked in construction for many years. He also worked as a Jeweler. He was a very talented builder. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Mr. Arellano was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Erminia Espinoza.

Mr. Arellano is survived by his loving wife, Graciela Garcia Diaz; sons, Cristian Espinoza and Ascension Espinoza, Jr; daughters, Cynthia Espinoza and Berenice Espinoza; grandchildren, Yandriel, Yasiel, Evelyn, Israel Jr. and Dilan; brothers Jesus, Virgilio, Eugencio and Pedro and sisters, Mirtha, Matilde, Rosa, Maria Luisa, Juana Esperanza, Beatriz, Barbara and Erminia

A time of visitation will be held at 5:00 PM, Friday, March 13, 2026 at their residence; 227 West Orange Avenue, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32435.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 14, 2026 at St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church; 247 US-331, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435 with Father Richard Dawson officiating.

Flowers are being accepted.

Burial will be held at Magnolia Cemetery.
