Ms. Frances Lee Tagoe departed this earthly life on Sunday, April 16, 2023 at the age of 79 at the Chautauqua Springs Health and Rehabilitation Center in DeFuniak Springs. She was born on January 10, 1944 in DeFuniak Springs, Florida to the late Lossie and Allie Lee Potter.

Ms. Tagoe worked at Shoal Farms in the poultry industry in DeFuniak Springs for a number of years.

Ms. Tagoe was predeceased by her father and mother; two sisters; and five brothers.

Ms. Tagoe leaves to cherish her memories one sister-in-law Ruby L. Potter; two God-daughters Talisha Montgomery and Twynette Battle; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.

The family would like to thank her true best friends Ms. Joyce Montgomery and Mr. Joe for everything done for Auntie. "Lord knows we could not have done this without you all. God has a special blessing for you." They would like to thank Mrs. Mary Lancaster of Gentiva Hospice and her team of nurses for taking such good care of Auntie. They would like to thank Ms. Ann Blackmon, Angel Jordan, and Izzabella for all they did, as well.

A time of visitation will be held from 12:00 – 1:00 PM, Friday, April 21, 2023 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel; 230 Park Avenue, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, April 21, 2023 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel; 230 Park Avenue, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435.

Flowers are being accepted.

Burial will follow at Cluster Springs Cemetery; 133 County Highway 1084, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32433.
