Mrs. Donna Marie Werfel Prijatelj, 83, passed away December 10, 2025. She was born May 15, 1942 in Wilmore, Pennsylvania to Richard Werfel and Rita Catherine Westrick Werfel.

Mrs. Prijatelj was a resident of Freeport, Florida. She was Catholic by faith and attended St. Rita Catholic Church.

Mrs. Prijatelj was preceded in death by her father and mother, and one brother James Werfel.

Mrs. Prijatelj is survived by her brother, Lawrence Werfel; her sister, Jean Ann Werfel; and her nephew, Raymond Bradley.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, January 5, 2026 at St. Rita Catholic Church; 22 St. Rita Lane, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Rita Catholic Church; 22 St. Rita Lane, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459; Boystown at boystown.org; or EWTN at ewtn.com

Burial will be held at Historic Gulf Cemetery.
