Rippy
November 11, 1939 – February 13, 2022
Mr. Clint E. Rippy, age 82, passed away February 13, 2022. He was born on Nobember 11, 1939 in Robertson County, Tennessee to Chester and Robbie Webb Rippy.
Mr. Rippy retired to Hammock Bay in Freeport, Florida in 2017. He was Baptist by faith and a member of the First Baptist Church of Panama City. He worked thirty-five years as a truck driver based in Nashville, Tennessee. Clint was a lover of all things pertaining to history. He and his son Brian restored two Army Jeeps to perfection. He owned several antique John Deere tractors. Clint's first love remained with God, his family, and his country. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He will be greatly missed by many.
Mr. Rippy is survived by his wife of 43 years, Marti Nethery Rippy of Freeport, Florida; his sister Mary Elizabeth Drewery (Richard) of Jackson, Tennessee; his children: Tammy Wondrasek of The Villages, Florida, Brian Matthews (Tracie) of Gallatin, Tennessee, and Shannon Grasso (Scott) of Coral Springs, Florida; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on March 4, 2022 at Hammock Bay Lakehouse. Memorialization will be by cremation.
