Mrs. Christina Boehm Wilkes, age 43, passed away Thursday, March 9, 2023. She was born on July 9, 1979 in Olathe, Kansas to Curtis Boehm and Louann Hernandez.

Mrs. Wilkes was a resident of DeFuniak Springs, Florida. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She worked at Franks Cash and Carry in Freeport, Florida. She loved kayaking and especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy. She enjoyed drinking her coffee.

Mrs. Wilkes was preceded in death by her father and mother.

Mrs. Wilkes is survived by her husband of 12 years, Jeffery W. Wilkes of DeFuniak Springs; three children, Elicia Boehm, Devynne Wilkes, and Jeffery Wilkes, Jr.; two grandchildren, Vada Wilkes and Zendaya Mayes; one brother, Jeff Solis; and one sister, Felicia Crawford and husband Jason Crawford.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
