Mr. Charles Lester Johnson, age 62, passed away November 2, 2024.  He was born on March 3, 1962 in Fort Dix, New Jersey to James Lester Johnson and Nellie Jean Williams Johnson

Mr. Johnson was a resident of DeFuniak Springs, Florida. He was a member of Woodlawn First Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed being with family and coworkers and especially enjoyed spending quality time with his wife.

Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his father, James Lester Johnson; mother, Nellie Jean Williams Johnson and brother, James Edward Johnson.

Mr. Johnson is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Jennifer Johnson; sons, Charles Johnson, Jr (Brandy Gaydon), Jeffery Cosson and Raymond Johnson and his wife Shelby Johnson; grandchildren, Devon Cosson, Shelby Cosson, Marisa Johnson, Hannah Johnson, Jace Johnson, Braxton Johnson, Maycee Johnson, Isaac Johnson, Maddie Johnson, Faith Johnson, Jensen Johnson and Amarah Johnson and sisters, Betty Thompson and Margret Hurst and her husband Dale.

Celebration of Life services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, November 16, 2024 at Woodlawn Community Center with Reverend Jack Bailey officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made to the family to offset expenses.
