Captain Randall "Tic" Darwin Combs, age 69, passed away Sunday, January 9, 2022.  He was born February 25, 1952 in Pontiac, Michigan to Willard and Virgie Moore Combs.

Captain Combs was a resident of Bruce, Florida. He was Christian by faith and a member of The Sanctuary Assembly of God Church in Ebro, Florida. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He worked as a Merchant Marine and Boat Captain for 37 years. He was also an Independent Contractor in construction. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, golfing and working on cars.

Captain Combs was preceded in death by his parents and grandson, Andrew.

Captain Combs is survived by loving wife of 15 years, Sandra Lynne Combs of Bruce, Florida; children, Randi Combs of Michigan, Jeremy Combs and fiancé Amanda Crimboli of Michigan; step-children, Sarah Smith of Bruce, Florida, Beth Kiss of Freeport, Florida and Alex Richardson of Bruce, Florida; three brothers, Roger Combs, Barry Combs and wife Virginia and Tom Combs and wife Terry, ten grandchildren and one great grandchild; and his pet dog Chloe.

A time of visitation will be held from 2:00 – 3:00 PM,  Sunday, January 16, 2022 at The Sanctuary Assembly of God Church; 6688 Florida Highway 79, Ebro, Florida 32437.

Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, January 16, 2022 at The Sanctuary Assembly of God Church, with Reverend Donald DuBose officiating.

Flowers will be accepted.  Memorialization will be by cremation.
