Arthur Kim Harris, 72 of Panama City went home to Jesus on June 22, 2025 after a hard-fought battle with cancer.

He was born December 9th, 1952 in Mobile, AL and moved to Panama City, FL as a small child. This is where he gained his love of the water and fishing. He was a dedicated boat captain in the oil fields in Louisiana for most of his life. If you were lucky enough to know him, you'd know he was one of the best people you could ever meet. A pure, bright light in this world with a contagious smile.

He will be greatly missed by his surviving children Adrian Torrin Harris, William Cody Harris, and Kimbre Riser as well as his sister Sheila Wilkerson. He is preceded in death by his parents Arthur Ray Harris and Lois Lofair (Janes) Harris, and his sisters Kristi Latain (Harris) Bancroft and Gina (Harris) Cullen.
