Fred Drake, age 38, of DeFuniak Springs passed away March 8, 2008. He was born October 7, 1969 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Fred Drake Sr. and Rosemarie Swathwood Drake. Fred attended Walton County High School; he worked for Burkes Concrete. He loved fishing and spending time with his friends. He enjoyed life to the fullest. Fred was preceded in death by his parents. Fred is survived by his sister Dianne Drake and niece Amber Lynn Drake both of DeFuniak Springs. Visitation services will be conducted at 1:00~2:00 PM, Friday, March 14, 2008 at Ray Cemetery. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Friday, March 14, 2008 at Ray Cemetery, with Reverend Joel Glenn officiating.
