Mr. Richard Eades, age 26, of DeFuniak Springs, passed away May 20, 2008. He was born December 21, 1981 in Pensacola, Florida to Richard and Venessa Rattray Eades. Mr. Eades had been a resident of DeFuniak Springs, Florida. He was Baptist by faith. He was a veteran of Iraqie Operation Freedom serving in Irag almost two years in the United States Army National Guard. He worked as a Correctional Officer at Washington Correctional Institute. He enjoyed playing computer games and spending time with his family. Mr. Eades is preceded in death by his father Richard Eades and maternal grandfather Cade Rattray. Mr. Eades is survived by his mother Venessa Eades , his wife Crystal Eades, one son Cade Michael Eades , one daughter Emilee Rose Eades all of DeFuniak Springs, maternal grandmother June Rattray of Mobile, Alabama, two sisters Jessica Eades of Nevada and Juleen Eades of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, father and mother-in-law Charles Murphy and Terri of DeFuniak Springs and Lisha Dee of Panama City, Florida Visitation services will be conducted at 1:00~2:00 PM, Sunday, May 25, 2008 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32435. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Sunday, May 25, 2008 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Magnolia Cemetery, with military honors.
