Mr. William Marvin Davis, age 76, passed away November 29, 2025. He was born on December 9, 1948 in Eglin Air Force Base, Florida to William J. Davis and Gussie B. Burch Davis.

Mr. Davis was a resident of DeFuniak Springs, Florida. He graduated from Walton High School in 1965. He was a Veteran of the United States Army serving his country as a Staff Seargeant before retiring. He was also a Veteran of the Vietnam Era, having received many awards including, M-16 Rifle and .45 Caliber Pistol expert, Good conduct medal (05th award), Army Service Ribbon, National defense service medal, Vietnam service medal with two service stars, Vietnam Campaign Medal with 60 device meritorious unit commendation, American Campaign Medal, Vietnam Cross of Gallantry with palm, two Overseas service bars NCO Professional, Development Ribbon with Numeral 2, Drive mechanic Badge-Wheel, Bar Aircraft Crewman Badge, Overseas service Ribbon with numeral 1. His extension of service was for the convenience of the Government. He enjoyed having conversation with local friends and neighbors.

Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his parents, William J. Davis and Gussie B. Burch Davis; his loving wife, Marie Davis and one brother, Charles Joseph Davis.

Mr. Davis is survived by his niece Jennifer Dove and her husband Billy.

Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, December 11, 2025 at Cluster Springs Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Joel Glenn officiating and Military Honors by the United States Army.

Flowers are being accepted.

Burial will be held at Cluster Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
