Mr. William "Billy" Burton Rowles, age 63, passed away May 13, 2022.  He was born on December 18, 1958, in Amarillo, Texas to John Winston Rowles and Annie Laura Rowles Smith.

Mr. Rowles was a resident of Freeport, Florida. He was a Veteran of the United States Armed Forces serving his country in the United States Army. He worked as a handyman in maintenance and also as a cook. He was a very talented pool player.

Mr. Rowles was preceded in death by his father and mother and brother Roger Rowles.

Mr. Rowles is survived by his brother Robert James Rowles; three sisters Rosemary Tighe of Indiana, Barbara Fannin of Freeport, Florida, and Becky Campbell and husband Danny of Ponce de Leon, Florida; one special family member Bertha Beaver and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside Services will be held at 3:00 PM, Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at Black Creek United Methodist Church Cemetery; 278 Memorial Ln, Freeport, FL 32439, with Reverend Harold Altman officiating. Family request casual dress, because Billy was a simple man.
