Mr. Wilbur Charles McGuire, age 78, passed away January 13, 2026. He was born on July 31, 1947 in Oscoda, Michigan to Wilbur George McGuire and Bettey Leon Askey.

Mr. McGuire was a resident of DeFuniak Springs, Florida.

Mr. McGuire was preceded in death by his father, Wilbur George McGuire; mother, Betty Askey Hamilton and brother, Rudy Hamilton.

Mr. McGuire is survived by his sons, Greg McGuire, Paul McGuire, James McGuire; daughter, Kimberly McGuire; brothers, Terry McGuire and John McGuire and sisters, Susan McGuire West, Renae McGuire, Bonnie McGuire, Barbara King and Joan Smith. He is also survived by many grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Celebration of life services will be held at a later date.
