Wayne Lamar Hill, age 61, passed away July 23, 2026. He was born on January 18th 1965, in Camp Springs, Maryland, on Andrews Air Force Base, to Robert Bidlman Hill and Jewell Douglas Hill

Mr. Hill was a resident of Mossy Head, FL. He was a carpenter by trade and skilled at many others and enjoyed repairing anything broken. He liked fishing, watching old westerns, anything with Clint Eastwood, and old WWF wrestling. In his younger years, he enjoyed spending his free time with family on the rivers. But most of all, he had a great sense of humor. Whether pulling a prank on family, telling a joke, or just a quick comeback, he enjoyed making people laugh.

Mr. Hill is preceded in death by his mother, Jewell Douglas Hill; sisters Donna Kaye Hill and Brenda Kaye Winfree; and grandson Jackson Daniel Curle and is survived by his father, Robert Bidlman Hill, children Alicia Marie Curle (Shane), Wayne Lamar Hill Jr, Grandchildren Caylen, Amelia and Louis Curle, brothers Robert Hill Jr David Hill, and sister Pamela Wood (Ron).

He was Baptist in faith, and our belief is that he's high in heaven with the angels and gathered with his loved ones passed, telling some good stories, making them laugh, and that his body is mind and body are free from pain and at peace.

For he was a father, grandfather, son, uncle, and brother, and he was loved. He will be missed.

Celebration of Life services will be held at a later date.
