It is with great sadness, that we announce the passing of Troy Shores, who passed away on August 12, 2025 in Freeport, Florida. Troy Dale Shores was born in Minden, LA on January 14th 1966 to Francis & Rosie Doyle.

Troy was an army veteran, serving our country for 9 years and receded as a Sergeant and a Green Beret Army Ranger, his service will never go unnoticed. Troy was a loving father, grandfather, husband, brother, and friend and he will be dearly missed.

Troy is preceded in death with his mother, his father, his brother Jerry, and service members that he served with him in the military.

Troy is survived by his wife, Crystal Shores, his brothers, his step children, children, grandchildren, and his beloved dogs.

Thank you for everything Troy, you will be missed.

Graveside Services will be held at 11:30 AM,  Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at Barrancas National Cemetery in Pensacola, Florida, with Military Honors by the United States Army.
