Mr. Timothy "Tim" Dale Ackerman, age 31, passed away Sunday, March 21, 2021 in Panama City Beach, Florida. He was born February 5, 1990 in Dothan, Alabama to Richard Kourdt Ackerman and Teresa Trickler Ackerman.

Mr. Ackerman was a resident of Panama City Beach, Florida. He was a veteran of the United States Armed Forces, serving his country in the Navy Reserves as a Flight Medic. He also worked as a salesman for Kannegiesser ETech. He was a loving father, son, and brother. He enjoyed skydiving, which was his passion. Tim was a Licensed Boat Captain and an incredible drummer.

Mr. Ackerman is survived by his father and stepmother, Rick and Nancy Ackerman of Ebro, Florida; his mother, Teresa Ackerman of Andalusia, Alabama; his children, Evie and Grayson Ackerman of Panama City Beach, Florida; the mother of his children, Lexi Ackerman; two brothers, Joshua Ackerman of Hawaii, and Nicholas "Nick" Alexander of Satellite Beach, Florida; his sisters, Lindsey Elmore of Panama City, Florida and Leah Gunter of Panama City Beach; and numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, March 28, 2021 at the Skydive Panama City Drop Zone; 1983 Tri County Airport Road, Bonifay, FL 32425.
