Mr. Stephen K. Gilliam, age 75, passed away December 16, 2024.  He was born on April 15, 1949. He was the son of Dorothy and (step-father) Elmer Caskey.

Mr. Gilliam was a resident of Freeport, Florida. He graduated from Colonel White High School in Dayton, Ohio in 1967. He was the President/ CEO of Trojan Manufacturing Company in Piqua, Ohio for 20 years. He later became the Senior Manufacturing Engineer at General Dynamics OTS in Niceville, Florida. Stephen was a man of strength and honor. He was proud of all the accomplishments in his life, but never wanted public recognition.

Mr. Gilliam was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Caskey and step-father, Elmer Caskey; brothers, William Caskey and Kevin Caskey and Special Uncle Earl Maddox.

Mr. Gilliam is survived by his loving wife, Sue (Gump) Gilliam; daughter, Sarah Cavazos (Talmadge); grandchildren, Addison D. Cavazos and Reed M. Cavazos; nephew, Brian Caskey and niece Netanya Dennis.

A private memorialization will be held at a later date by the family at Lake Cumberland, Kentucky.
