Sandra Kay Herring passed peacefully on December 23rd, 2024 in Niceville, FL.   Sandra was the mother of four children and leaves behind 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Her children in order of birth are Troy Seymour, Freeport, FL, Shane Seymour, West Monroe, LA, Gary Seymour, Trumbull, CT, and Heather "Candi" Rodgers, Helena, AL. Sandra was an accomplished business owner during a time when the playing was hardly level for a young woman in business. She worked tirelessly at the "Wigwam" six days a week, twelve or more hours per day to provide. She was tough as nails and never backed down from some of her rougher clientele.  She always sang at least one or two old country songs a night and never failed to bring down the house.  There was a bit of the surreal in it all.  After all whose mother has her own pool tables, pinball, dart boards, and juke box?

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne & Irene Davidson, brother "Kenny Boy" Kenneth Davidson, sisters Carolyn Grubbs, Linda Davidson, Glenda Mercer, and Sharon LaBorde. Her remaining siblings are Marilyn Gray, Theresa Wilkerson, Tammy Davidson, Gary Davidson and Johnny Davidson.

We find comfort in knowing that Sandy has found her place in Heaven where she will no longer face the struggles of this world.

Memorization will be by cremation.
