Mr. Richard Arnold Plate, age 52, passed away December 22, 2022.  He was born on February 5, 1970 in Chicago, Illinois to James Armond Plate and Judith Kay Lind Plate.

Mr. Plate was a resident of DeFuniak Springs, Florida. He was a devoted brother, son and uncle. He worked as ac truck driver for many years. He was an avid Alabama Football fan and enjoyed watching football. He loved children, especially his nieces and nephews. He was a big kid at heart.

Mr. Plate was preceded in death by his father and mother, one brother, Jimmy Plate and one sister, Debbie Fruge.

Mr. Plate is survived by his sister, Kristine Plate and numerous nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life Services will be held at a later date.
