Mr. Randolph (Randy) Alan Kurtz, went home to be with his Savior, Monday, September 30, 2024 after a brief illness. He was born on March 2, 1954 in Crestview, Florida to Austin and Bettie McMillian Kurtz.

Mr. Kurtz was a resident of DeFuniak Springs, Florida. Randy was a graduate of Carrol High School in Ozark, Alabama, BBI in Graceville and Norts in New Orleans Seminary. He was an avid Alabama football fan, he made sure to watch them play as often as he could. He loved his family and was loved by all who knew him.

Mr. Kurtz was preceded in death by his parents, Austin and Bettie McMillian Kurtz; sister, Gwen Kurts Wason and several aunts and uncles.

Mr. Kurtz is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Anna Ketcham Kurts and his cat, Willy.

Memorial Services will be held at 10:30 AM, Saturday, October 5, 2024 at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church; 1015 Pleasant Ridge Road, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32435 with Reverend Phil McMillian officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Pleasant Ridge Cemetery fund; Please send all donations to 1015 Pleasant Ridge Road, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32435, in the memo please write "Cemetery Fund."
