Mr. Phillip F. Rucker, age 62, passed away August 6, 2025. He was born on July 16, 1963 to Gerald Rucker and Sheila Hemmerling Spors.

Mr. Rucker enjoyed working on racecars, fishing and playing with his grandchildren when he was able.

Mr. Rucker was preceded by his mother, Sheila Spors and stepfather, Bernard Spors and one daughter Laura Rucker.

Mr. Rucker is survived by his wife Collette (DeGroat) Rucker; children, Ashley Lemmons (William), Timothy Rucker, Thomas Rucker and Anthony Rucker (Brittney) and grandchildren Gabriella Lemmons, Landyn Lemmons, Ember Luna and Ellie-May Luna.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
