Patrick Allen
Stage
May 1, 1976 – August 26, 2023
Patrick Allen Stage, 47 y/o, Niceville, Florida resident was called to heaven on August 26, 2023 after fiercely battling Glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer.
Patrick was a loving husband, father, uncle, friend, and the "world's best" son-in-law. He is survived by his wife, Jenelle Stage, his son Triston, niece, nephews, mother-in-law, and father-in-law.
A United States Air Force Veteran, Patrick held a high regard for our nation's heroes. He earned his Master's in Business and excelled in his career as Branch Chief of Finance with the Federal Government. Patrick's witty way with words that would either leave your head spinning, or your stomach aching with laughter.
Patrick was extremely intelligent and successful, his work ethic was second to none. Although he worked hard, Patrick always had a way of making even slow, mundane days entertaining and fulfilling, planning organized fishing tournaments with work buddies referred to as the "BackCountry Scramblers." He also built quality custom fishing rods as a hobby. Patrick had a love of the water and referred to his boat on the water as "his church." He was an avid fisherman and had a passion for fishing the flats of Choctawhatchee Bay for trout, flounder, and his favorite- redfish. He enjoyed sharing his knowledge and techniques with family and friends. A true fishing guide, he'd excitedly commentate each catch like it was the last stretch of the Kentucky Derby.
Patrick had many skills and talents, an impeccable eye for detail which he never allowed to go to waste. He beamed exuberance. His laughter and child-like enthusiasm was infectious. Patrick was thoughtful and caring, he was always the first to offer a helping hand or provide a solution for whoever, whatever, whenever the opportunity arose.
Patrick truly was a one-of-a-kind and will be missed dearly by many. The impact he had on those around him and his loving memory will be cherished forever. As each day passes, we are comforted knowing we are one day closer to being together again.
Memorial Service will be held in the near future.
