Our dear mother, Nirmela Bhula (Ba) sadly passed away peacefully on November 23 ^rd , 2022, at the age of 94, with her younger son besides her in Florida USA.

Ba had a powerful personality throughout her long and eventful life. She was born on November 14 ^th , 1928, in Johannesburg, South Africa and spent her childhood in India. After being married at a young age to Dayabhai Bhula, they moved to South Africa.

Ba was a much loved matriarch and well regarded in the Indian community. With limited means she raised five children and helped several others with an iron fist and a heart of gold. Her grandchildren were recipients of her undying love and support, along with her strict ideals to live one's life with dignity and hard work.

In her later years she moved between the USA and Johannesburg, where her two sons lived. Deeply spiritual, she was a paragon of simple living and high thinking.

She had a great network of family and friends all over the world but always found time to call everyone to make sure they were alright.

Ba is survived by 2 sons, Hasu & Prakash and 2 daughters, Kusum & Manu along with 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

She will be cherished and remembered by her vast family of several generations.

As we bid our final farewell to Ba on her new journey, we pray that her soul finds eternal peace.

A time of visitation will be held from 1:00 – 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 3, 2022 at Clary-Glenn Freeport Chapel Funeral Home; 150 East Highway 20, Freeport, Florida 32439.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 3, 2022 at Clary-Glenn Freeport Chapel Funeral Home.
