Mr. Michael David Moore, age 81, passed away Friday, March 6, 2026.  He was born November 17, 1944 in Atlanta, Georgia to Thomas  William Moore, Sr., and Emily Gann Moore.

Mr. Moore was a resident of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. He was Christian by faith and a member of The Chapel at Crosspoint Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was a veteran of the Vietnam Era serving his country in the United States Air Force as a First Lieutenant.  Having served in the United States Air Force Medical Corps. He worked as an Auditor for the State of Georgia. He graduated from Georgia State University receiving his degree in Hospital Administration and Accounting. He was an amateur radio operator and he enjoyed boating.

Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Thomas William Moore, Jr. and William Douglas Moore and one sister, Janet Moore Nelson. Mr. Moore is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Jacquelyn  P. Moore, daughter, Bonnie M. Taliaferro and husband Lee and one grandson, Connor Taliaferro.

Graveside Service will be held at 11:00AM, Saturday, March 21, 2026 at Historic Gulf Cemetery; South County Highway 393, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32439, with Reverend Charles Wilson officiating, with Military Honors by the United States Airforce.
