Melville Emaus Wolf, "Sonny" to his family & friends, passed away at age 75. Sonny, a resident of Freeport, FL, died of cardiac arrest in his home on September 12, 2025.

He was born February 21, 1950 in Hermann, Missouri & raised in Fairfax, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his father, Melville C. & mother Francis Marie Wolf, as well as his son Zachary Wolf, of a prior marriage.

Sonny will be remembered as a loving husband & dad, a professional guitarist & an avid fisherman. When he wasn't spending the majority of his time with his family, he loved restoring Land Rovers.

Sonny is survived by his wife of 32 years, Teresa "Tina" C. Wolf, sons, Ezekiel "Zeke" Emaus & Ryder Garen Wolf, daughter, Katelyn Marie Wolf, brother, Clifford & his wife Kris Wolf, sister, Sylvia Wendt, nephews, Cullen & Taylor, nieces Mindy, Mandy & Noelle and many other relatives & friends.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that Memorial contributions may be directed to his family in loving memory of Sonny.
