Mrs. Linda Elaine Morris , 69, passed away March 11, 2025.  She was born on May 10, 1955, in San Bernadeno, California to Blonnie and Willie Ward Simmons.

Mrs. Morris was a resident of Walton County, Florida. She was Pentecostal by faith. She was a member of Harmony Fellowship Church. She worked as a hair dresser for 10 years and also as a Correctional Officer for many years. Mrs. Morris enjoyed bowling, fishing, and being with family during the holiday seasons.

Mrs. Morris was preceded in death by her father and mother and brother, Danny Simmons. She is also preceded in death by two daughters, Brittani Bengston, Brandi Fonseca, and one grandson, Dawson Hicks.

Mrs. Morris is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Odie Morris of Mossy Head, one daughter, Shannon Hicks and husband Danny of DeFuniak Springs, and one sister, Melissa Simmons  of Mossy Head.

A time of visitation will be held from 9:00-10:00 AM, Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel; 230 Park Avenue, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32435.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, March 18,2025 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel; with Reverend Donel Davidson officiating.

Flowers are being accepted.

Pallbearers will be Colton Hicks, Avery Hicks, Aubrey Niles, Austin Hinton, Richie Owens, and Randy Hicks.

Burial will be held at  Harmony Fellowship Church Cemetery.
