Larry Joe Wines (67) passed away Aug. 1, 2024. He was born on June 25, 1957 in Indiana to Ed and Maxine Wines.

Joe, as he was always called, was a standout athlete at Mississinewa High School in Gas City, Indiana playing multiple sports.

His earliest career was as a Barber in Carmel, Indiana, then he transitioned to the insurance industry and then to his own mortgage company. (Destin Mortgage)

Joe primarily lived in Destin, Florida for the last 20 years. He was an avid golfer with multiple "Hole in one's" to his credit. He enjoyed spending time at the beach. In recent years he transitioned back to being a part time barber, where he enjoyed talking with his clients.

Joe was preceded in death by his mother, father, and older brother Jim. He will be missed by his friends.
