Ms. Kathy Carol Victor, age 70, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, July 10, 2023. She was born on August 21, 1952 in Syracuse, New York to Horice Novell and O. Kathleen Davis Novell.

She was an adored wife, mother, and grandmother. Together with her husband, Larry, they were successful in many business ventures in Memphis, Tennessee, including Victor Business Systems, Southwind Executive Suites and International Conference & Business Center. Kathy also enjoyed remodeling, designing, and building many homes, condominiums, and office buildings.

Ms. Victor was preceded in death by her father and mother; and husband, Larry Victor.

Ms. Victor is survived by her children Rick Victor (Renee), Jennifer Pedigo (Marilyn), and Brian Victor (Aimee); grandchildren Kaitlyn Victor, Ben Victor, Elise Victor, Haley Pedigo, Allyson Pedigo, Madi Victor, Charli Victor, and Colton Victor.

A private burial beside her husband will be at a later date at Magnolia Cemetery in DeFuniak Springs, Florida.
