Mrs. Joy Marie Bergeron Corley, age 85, passed away July 11, 2024 at Sodalis assisted Living in DeFuniak Springs, Florida.

Joy was bubbly, outgoing and loved people, the more the Merrier! Joy's laugh was incredible and you always knew when Joy was around. Joy loved cooking, singing, dancing, playing Bingo, cards, dominos, and any activity to be with her group of friends. Joy was a devout Catholic and server in many roles at Our Lady of Victory in Crestview, Florida and especially loved singing in the choir. Joy enjoyed the last 5 years pf her life at Sodalis where she had many friends and was extremely happy! Joy will be greatly missed by all.

Joy was preceded in death by her husband, Verl A. Corley, Parents, Louis Bergeron and Wilda Martin Daigle, Stepfather- Malvin Daigle, Sister-Carrin Songe, Brother-Peter Jamieson, Best friends- Joanne Nall and Betty McKenzie.

Joy is survived by her children Jack Corley- Linda, Douglas Corley- Karen, Becky Nall-Scott; Sister-Susan LeBlanc, 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

A private Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Sodalis Assisted Living-Activities Director to help support fun activities for seniors.
