Ms. Jordan Nichole Rycroft, age 20, passed away Thursday, December 4, 2025. She was born on December 8, 2004 in Wellington, Florida to Dennis Cornell and Ashley Rycroft.

Ms. Rycroft was a resident of DeFuniak Springs, Florida. The loss of Jordan Rycroft is a devastating heartbreak that none of us expected. We are all struggling to understand how someone so young could be taken from us so suddenly. Jordan was a truly beautiful soul, inside and out. She had a heart of gold, and her kindness was effortless. She had a way of making people feel seen and loved. Anyone who crossed paths with her felt her warmth, her compassion, and her genuine care for others. She also loved God and listened to gospel music all the time.

Ms. Rycroft was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Charles Rycroft and Carol Rycroft and one cousin, Branden "Bam" Mazzeo (Jenna).

Ms. Rycroft is survived by her mother, Ashley Rycroft of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; her father, Dennis Cornell of Greenville, South Carolina; siblings, Jacey Rycroft of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, Shannon Outlaw of Crestview, Florida, Mckenna Cornell and Evie Cornell; paternal grandfather, Dennis Daily and his wife Sandra of Greenville, South Carolina; paternal grandmother, Jacquie Campbell of Kershaw, South Carolina; aunt, Jennifer Eaton  and cousins, Felicity Easton and her child, Bellamy Lancaster, Lillian Hernandez, Sophia Torp, Jenna and Ruben James, Aiden James, Sarah and Cody Wideman and their child Dawson Wideman.

A time of visitation will be held from 2:30 – 3:00 PM, Friday, December 19, 2025 at Red Bay Cemetery;10319 Rock Hill Road Red Bay, Florida 32455.

Graveside Services will be held 3:00 PM, Friday, December 19, 2025 at Red Bay Cemetery with Reverend Larry Sweat officiating.

Flowers are being accepted.

Pallbearers will be Jacey Rycroft, Shane Carroll, Fabian Rutherford, Dennis Lambert, Darius Aucoin and Chad Davis.

Burial will be held at Red Bay Cemetery.
