John Gregory Seidel, 63, of Santa Rosa Beach, FL went to play the fairway in the sky on July 15, 2024.

Greg was born on July 2, 1961 in Harrisburg, PA to parents Henry Harper Seidel III (deceased) and Rosann Wohlfarth Seidel. Greg played baseball, basketball, football, and golf growing up in Camp Hill, PA. After graduating from Trinity High School, Shiremanstown, PA in 1979, he went on to West Virginia University where he graduated in 1983 with a B.S. Degree in Marketing. While at WVU Greg was a member of Theta Chi Fraternity and the WVU Golf Team. Greg won the Mountaineer Invitational Golf Tournament in 1983.

Greg continued his passion for golf as a career as a club professional, instructor, and PGA Member in various clubs starting at the PGA in Jacksonville, then moving on to Myrtle Beach, Pawley's Island, and the Florida Panhandle.

Greg married Debra Bradford in 1992. Their daughter Paxton was born 6 years later. Greg and Debbie enjoyed life together for 32 years: golfing, fishing, walking the beach, and spending time together with family, friends, and their many beloved cats.

In addition to Debra and Paxton, he is survived by his mother Rosann Seidel, his brother Hank Seidel (Amy) and their children Lindsay Zaks (Steve) and Quint Seidel.
