Mr. John Michael Hydle,Sr., age 63 , passed away Saturday, June 11, 2022. He was born July 1, 1958 in Cape Code, Missouri to John W. Hydle and Elsa Hatlestad Hydle. Mr. Hydle was a resident of DeFuniak Springs, Florida. He was Catholic by faith and a member of Saint Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church. He was a devoted father, grandfather, brother and friend to many. He worked as a Supervisor with CSX Railroad for may years. He also worked in the Tug Boat industry as a Maritime Marine. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking and he enjoyed playing chess. Mr. Hydle was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Kathy Habbard, brother, Tony Hydle and two grandchildren, Trinity Hydle and Draven Castillo. Mr. Hydle is survived by his children, Wendy M. Crowder and husband Stanley of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, John Michael Hydle, Jr. of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida and Paige K. Hydle of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; three sisters, Dolores Boyer and Thomas Ramauro, Emma Campbell and husband Dale and Barbara Hopkins, and ten grandchildren.
A time of visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 AM, Thursday, June 16, 2022 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel; 230 Park Avenue, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32435. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 16, 2022 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel with Father Richard Dawson officiating. Pallbearers will be Ashby Adams, Joe Garrett, Stanley Crowder, Bryce Crowder, Mika Crowder and Greg Kilcrease.
Burial will follow at the Red Bay Cemetery. Flowers are being accepted.
